Arlene Joan (Cox) Marsh

Arlene Marsh, 91, passed away on Aug. 10, 2024. Arlene was born in Wheatland, IN on July 16, 1933, and lived there happily until she married the love of her life, Gene Marsh in 1954. She was a beloved member of the Hammond community for the past 70 years, taught countless beauticians at Creative Hair Studio, and practiced her faith at Southside Christian Church. She was a devoted Christian woman, an avid reader, skilled card player, and talented baker. Arlene was preceded in death by her husband, Gene, parents, sisters, and brother; she is survived by her 2 sons, 5 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. The family invites you to join them for a celebration of Arlene’s life on Sunday, August 18, 2024, at the Fagen-Miller Funeral Home, 2828 Highway Ave in Highland, with visiting from 1 pm until the time of service at 3 pm. Burial will be private.
