Arthur L. Aros, 76, of Valparaiso, IN passed into eternal peace on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. He is survived by his loving wife Judith Aros of Valparaiso; son Jon (Becki) Aros of Valparaiso; daughter Kristin (Thomas) Turner of Parkville, MO; granddaughters Siobhan and Saoirse Turner; and sisters Charlene and Arlene of Arizona.
Visitation services will be held Friday, December 20, 2024 from 3-8 pm at the Fagen-Miller Funeral Home, 2828 Highway Ave, Highland, IN and on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 11:30 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30 pm at Our Lady of Grace Church in Highland. Burial will be private.
Mr. Aros was a USAF military veteran and lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana and a member of Our Lady of Grace Church. He retired from the USPS after 38 years. He did training for HD Supply and with a passion for education he taught at Prairie State College and Ivy Tech College, where he became Professor Adjunct.
