Clarence Joseph Troemel "Tom"

Clarence Joseph Troemel “Tom”, age 90, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021.  He is survived by his four children:  Michael (Ronda) of West Lafayette IN, Stephen (Teri) of Grandville MI, Lawrence (Donna) of Hickory Hills IL, and Victoria Jean Pietraszak of Las Vegas NV.  He is also survived by his sister Betty Oechsle of Lake Villa, IL; grandchildren Adrienne, Marissa, Trent, Craig, Samuel, Christopher, Joshua, Bradley, and Thomas and seven great grandchildren.  Clarence was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Jean Edythe, his grandson Alex Pietraszak and his brothers Jim and John Troemel.

He served in the U.S. Army, stationed in Fairbanks, AK.  He spent his career in the beverage industry working for Coca Cola and Anheuser Busch.  His passions in life were family and fishing. 

A socially distanced graveside service will be held at Chapel Memorial Gardens in Crown Point, IN on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. CST.  Memorial contributions may be made to Franciscan Hospice Care in Lafayette IN.
