James Warren Kick

James W Kick, age 80, of Dyer, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2023. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Kathy Kick; children Mike (Kim) Kick, Jeanette (Tim) Higgins, Jim (Donna) Kick, and Becky Kick; grandchildren Ben, Anna, Robby, Allison, Payton, and Collin; siblings Pat Donaldson, Peggy Leckrone, John (Nancy) Kick, and Mary (Mark) Rizzo; best friends Bob & Marge Schumann and Don & Louise Tallent; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at the Fagen-Miller Funeral Home, 8580 Wicker Ave in St. John, on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 from 10 am until the time of service at 12 pm (Noon).

Jim enjoyed making stained glass, landscaping, and collecting O-Scale Model Trains. He loved to play pool with his grandchildren and was also the original Commissioner of the Kick Family NCAA Bobblehead Tournament.
