Jean Ozahanics Obituary
Jean Ozahanics, age 89, of Dyer, IN, passed away on May 26, 2023. She is survived by her children Renee (Doug) Held, Cathy (Dennis) Ritchie, and Tom (late Marianne) Ozahanics; grandchildren Kari (Eddie), Adam, Angela (Patrick), Kaitlin (Jordan), Alaina, Quinn, Madi, and Olivia; great grandchildren J.J., Easton, Birch, Marigold, and Violet; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jean was preceded in death by her husband John, sister Helen, and brothers Bob and John.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 30, from 3:00PM - 7:00PM, at Fagen-Miller Funeral Home, 1920 Hart Street in Dyer. Burial will be at 10:30 on Wednesday, May 31, directly at St. Nicholas Cemetery in Hammond.
Jean's grandchildren will miss her chocolate chip cookies, and remember them fondly for years to come. Jean was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be greatly missed.
