John Frank Felix

John Frank Felix of Crystal Lake, IL, passed away on 20 April 2024 at the age of 63 at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, IL.  He is survived by his wife, Eileen Valerie Wilcox Felix, his two children, Eugene Parker Felix and James Francis Felix both of Crystal Lake, IL, and his sister Lisa Torongeau of White Cloud, MI.  John was the son of the late Frank F. Felix and Ann Felix of White Cloud, MI.
He is also survived by six nieces and nephews. 

Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, May 5, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 5:00 p.m., at Fagen Miller Funeral Homes, 2828 Highway Avenue in Highland, IN.  A funeral mass will be held Monday, May 6, 2024, with visitation at 9:15 a.m. and mass at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Mary Church in Griffith, IN.

Mr. Felix had a bachelor's degree in English Teaching, was a biblical scholar, and a technology geek.  He devoted a great deal of time to researching and supporting the writings of theologians.  He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a parishioner of Saint Thomas the Apostle in Crystal Lake, IL.  Mr. Felix was a network administrator for Henry Technologies and Blenkarn.  His last position was as a supervisor at Crossmark in Crystal Lake, IL.  John was a beloved husband, devoted father, and loyal friend.  He will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
