Juanita M (Richardson) Oakley

Juanita M. Oakley, age 95, of Highland, IN, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband George M. Oakley. Surviving is her son Michael Oakley of New River, Arizona; daughter Cynthia A. Oakley of Ottawa, Illinois; and her beloved nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at the Fagen-Miller Funeral Home, 2828 Highway Ave in Highland, on Friday, April 4, 2025, with visitation from 2:00 pm until the time of service at 6:00 pm.

Mrs. Oakley was a bookkeeper, assisting her father, Stanley B. Richardson in the Richardson Accounting Business in Hammond Indiana.  She was also a Bookkeeper for the Law Firm of Enslen, Enslen, and Matthews until age 87 when she retired. She was a member of the Eastern Star, chapter #370 in Hammond and the Ladies Oriental Shrine Awalim Court #9 of Hammond.
