Martha "Marty" (Augustyn) Peyton

Martha “Marty” (Augustyn) Peyton age 69 of Hobart, IN passed away peacefully on Friday, October 23rd 2020.

Marty is preceded in death by her parents Raymond & Catherine (Hero) Augustyn and her brother Raymond.

Marty is survived by her husband of 47 years, Jerry Sr., loving mother to Glenn (Kim) Peyton and Jerry (Shayla) Peyton; loving grandmother to: Rachel Peyton, Sabrina Peyton, Everett J. Peyton and Glenn R. Peyton.  Siblings: Theresa (Marty) Hansen, Sandra “Sandy” Roedel, Christina “Tina” (Val) Systma, Steven (Mary) Augustyn, Mary (Steve) Estes, Catherina (Rodger) Dillon, Hope Ann (Joe) Dyer.  Brothers-in-law: Ronald (Sharon) Peyton and Larry (Cindy) Peyton. Marty is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, dear friends and neighbors.

Everyone who knew Marty knew she loved the color purple. Marty loved to go camping, travel and to spend time with her family and friends. She was a Disney fan and supported her family in racing. Marty also enjoyed cooking, which she learned from her mother-in-law and hollering at Jerry. She will be missed all who knew her.

The family will be having a celebration of life on Sunday November 1st, 2020 from 4:00 -7:00 PM CST at the Izaak Walton League Griffith - 1532 E Main St Griffith, IN 46319. Please come out and celebrate Martha’s life.
