She is survived by her husband of 53 years Tom Ohlstrom; her children Jim (Sue) Ohlstrom, Joanne (Steve) Todd, and Tracy (Thomas) Fea; grandchildren Thomas (Brittany) and Sarah Ohlstrom, Hanna and Patricia Artibey, and Robert, Joseph (Heather), Nicholas, and Michael (Hannah) Ponziano; 10 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters Lindey (Betty) Misner, Melanie (Jim) McGroarty, Clay (Bunny) Misner, and Cheryl Austin; brother-in-law Keith Ohlstrom; sister-in-law Sue Misner; and many nieces and nephews. Pat was a devoted mother and wife of 53 years. She graduated in 1963 from Roosevelt HS in East Chicago. After working in Chicago, she met and married Tom Ohlstrom in 1973 and moved to Highland. There she raised 3 wonderful children. Pat really enjoyed working at the Highland Pharmacy in the Hallmark department. She always checked the back of the greeting cards she received to make sure they were Hallmark. She enjoyed traveling to visit family. In her empty nesting years, she enjoyed patronizing the gambling boats and playing Keno. Above all, family was most important to her.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at the Fagen-Miller Funeral Home, 2828 Highway Ave in Highland, with visiting from 11 am until the time of service at 2 pm.
