Robert J. Marnell

Robert Marnell, 80, passed away on August 3, 2022, peacefully at home with his family by his side.

Robert was a captain in the Marines and a Vietnam Veteran.  He retired from AT&T as their systems director and later went on to work for Aristocrat as their CIO.  Robert was an avid golfer, loved his favorite team Notre Dame, and enjoyed a good martini accompanying a good Italian meal.

In addition to his Fiancée Kathy and children Rob, John, and Deanna, he is survived by his brother Nick, and his grandchildren Ashlee, Heather, Robert, Giavanna, Nina, and Liliana.

Robert was preceded in his passing by his wife Nina and his parents Nick and Jean Marnell.

His family is having a private celebration of life and any donations can be made to Hospice of the Calumet Area.
