Ronald Smith

              Loving husband of Virginia Smith nee (Demaret) . Dearest Father of Linda Smith and Ronald Jr. (Sarah) Smith. Grandfather of Stephanie and Robert Johnson, and Chris and Travis Murray. Great-Grandfather of Nine. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. 
             Mr. Smith was a Veteran of the US Army, 328th ASA Division. He was also an EMT, Firefighter, and Engineer with the Palos Park Illinois Fire Department, and was employed as a Union Offset Printer for 50+ years.
             Ronald enjoyed life to the fullest surrounded by his family. He was an avid Sports Fan of any team Chicago. He also made a hobby of tracing his family genealogy, and was as far back as 600 AD in his quest to trace his family roots.

There will be a memorial visitation on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. until the  2:00 p.m. service by the military, at Fagen-Miller Funeral Home 2828 Highway Ave., Highland.
