Suzanne H (Kingeter) Penrod

Suzanne Huss Penrod (nee Kingeter) Born on March 14, 1931, passed away April 30, 2020. Suzanne is survived by her loving sister, Sandra Filkowski, nieces Sally Folga (Chris), Michele Jancich (Jim), and nephew Michael Filkowski (Kelly).

Suzanne also leaves behind her beloved daughters, Cheryl Jones (Bob), Melissa Rhodes and son-in-law Joseph Kaminski. Suzanne had five beautiful grandchildren, Joseph Jon Kaminski (Maryam), Holly Bukvich (Steve), Eric Penrod Jones, Lindsay Fairhurst (Scott) and Christopher Rhodes (Megan).

Suzanne was also blessed with four darling great-grandchildren, Giana and Liliana Bukvich & Camden and Taylor Fairhurst.

Suzanne was preceded in death by her parents Geneva and Lawrence Kingeter, her husband John, and her beloved daughter Debbie Kaminski.

Suzanne was a proud graduate of Lafayette Elementary School and Hammond High School. Her daughters will always think of her as their kind and gentle "Leave It To Beaver" mom, who in the 1960's, was very active in Girl Scouts.

Suzanne was an avid reader and she instilled the love of reading in her daughters. She loved her family, and they will her always remember her special dinners and holiday celebrations. Suzanne will be missed.
