Thomas A. Silva

Thomas A. Silva, age 82, of South Holland, IL, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2022.  He is survived by his wife, Ruth Silva; children Tony, Kenny, and Renee Silva; grandchildren Michael, Krystal (Jose), Nicholas, Antonio, Tia, and Kyle; and great-grandchild Zander.  Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Antonio and Santina Silva; brother Rudy Silva; and sisters Mary and Antoinette.  

A visitation will be held on Monday, August 8, from 2:00-8:00 p.m. at Fagen-Miller Funeral Home, 8580 Wicker Ave. in St. John.

Thomas was an ironworker for 45 years, and was a part of the Local 1 structural ironworkers.
