Wayne R Anderson, Sr.

                Wayne R Anderson Sr., age 68, of Riverdale, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2021. He was loving father to Wayne (Kristen) Anderson Jr, Brad Anderson, Randy (Angelique) Anderson, Cynthia Anderson, and Joseph (Diana) Anderson; devoted grandfather of 12 and great grandfather of 2. Also surviving are his siblings Bruce (Cathy) Anderson, Carol (Bob) Brandt, Dave Anderson, and Lucy (Joe) Prestandrea; many nieces and nephews; and he never stopped loving Linda. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Marian Anderson.

                Services will be held at the Fagen-Miller Funeral Home, 1920 Hart Street in Dyer, on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 with visitation from 2:00 pm until the time of service at 6:00 pm.

                Wayne retired from Ford Motor Company after 36 years of service. He loved to enjoy his Old Style while fishing with his friends and family. He was a die-hard sports fan – “Go Hawks” “Go Sox”
