William Francis Stokes

William F. Stokes, age 84, of St. John, passed away Sunday, September 14, 2025. He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Billie Rae. Surviving are his children: Michelle (Mark) Wagner, Kelleen (Patrick) Brydon, Scott (Kim) Stokes, and Suzanne (Paul) Knudsen; grandchildren: late Tony, Amanda (Tim), Ashley (Ryan), Tyler, Molly, William, Alexander, and Jack; great grandchildren: Wyatt, Hailey, James, Cody, Timothy, Dean, and Johnathan; and his twin brother James (late Bev) Stokes.

Funeral services will be held at the Fagen-Miller Funeral Home, 8580 Wicker Ave in St. John, on Friday, September 19, 2025, with visiting from 2 pm until the time of service at 7 pm.

Bill was a proud Veteran of the US Army and enjoyed a large array of different hobbies and interests.
