Wyvona (nee Crocker) Crutchfield, age 92, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2026. She is survived by her children Deborah (late Ken) Hefner, Roger (Dawn) Crutchfield, and Tammy Crutchfield; grandchildren: Sonya Crutchfield, Tysha (Nick) Rivich, Robert (Melissa) Hefner, Gina Crutchfield, and Rachel (Casey) Crutchfield; great grandchildren: Paige Rivich, Leah Hefner, Sadie Hefner, Claire Hefner, and Rachel Crutchfield's baby to be; along with numerous brothers and sisters in law and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Glen Crutchfield, son Danny (Kim) Crutchfield, and brother Jack Crocker.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at the Fagen-Miller Funeral Home, 8580 Wicker Ave in St. John from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm; followed by burial at Maplewood Cemetery in Crown Point.
Wyvona was born in Bruce, Mississippi to the late Carris and Howard Crocker. She was a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who loved her family and friends, especially when feeding them. In addition to her love for soap operas and Hallmark Channel, she took great pride in her floral business, “Silks and Lace”.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
