I just want to thank Rick Miller and his staff for their courtesy, compassion, and help during the recent loss of my husband. Rick was so patient and thorough in explaining everything and helping my son and myself with the final arrangements. He answered all of our questions and took care of many things I wasn't sure how to do. Some may say, "that's his job" and that is true but there is a difference between doing your job because you have to and DOING YOUR JOB and going above and beyond to take care of your customers; which is what I felt Rick did. We as a family have only used Fagen-Miller Funeral Homes Inc. for our deceased loved ones. When our uncle passed during the Covid19 virus, we were a little leery about what changes would be required due to the virus. Working with Rick and Terri was very easy. They were compassionate, caring, and sensitive to our wants. My uncle's wake and funeral mass were what he wanted--the way he wanted it. Any questions we had were answered quickly and professionally by a caring staff that saw to everything--even securing a Navy Guard to play taps and present the flag at the cemetery.
